Xporter provides web-based tools and browser extensions for interacting with publicly available X (Twitter) data, including but not limited to:

• Viewing public Twitter/X profiles and tweets.
• Downloading publicly available videos, GIFs, and media.
• Exporting bookmarks with live browser extensions, plus additional local export workflows that may be offered as they become available.

3. License and Restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software.
• Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Use the Services to violate the privacy or rights of others.
• Redistribute, sell, or sublicense our extensions or tools.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our Services at scale.

We do not warrant that:
